So, I decided to build my own way out. I hunted for high-quality reclaimed hardware, sourcing second-hand components that still had plenty of life left in them, and built a sovereign AI server from the ground up—wiring, fans, and all. I wanted to see if it was possible to create a system that was high-performance and flexible, yet environmentally responsible.

The result was more than just a machine; it was a declaration of independence. By bringing the intelligence home and ring-fencing it within my own network, I discovered a way to scale my business without compromising my values. We don't have to choose between progress and the planet. We just have to be brave enough to own the technology we use.
